Welcome to the 2015 Cross-Country Season! I am looking forward to a fun season! In order to begin practices you must have all forms complete and turned in. New this year is a complete physical to participate in any school sports. Please make sure to make an appointment if you have not already.

Practices:
Mondays and Wednesdays 2:45-3:30

Meets:
Please see post labeled "Schedule"

Distances:
K-2: 1/2 mile
3-5: 1- 1 1/2 miles
6-8: 1-2 miles

Please remember we will be running each practice! That means you MUST be dressed in running clothes and shoes to participate. Also, you must participate in practices in order to eligible for meets. If you are unable to attend practice you MUST notify me before the start of practice or it will count as unexcused.
